Homestay Provider Application Form

HOST FAMILIES ARE REQUIED TO:

1. Provide a safe and caring environment for international student(s).
2. Provide Breakfast and Dinner weekly Monday thru Friday. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are to be provided on weekends and school holidays.
3. Provide a fully furnished private bedroom for long-term students unless specified otherwise. A fully furnished bedroom should include bedding, a dresser or closet, a desk, a chair, and sufficient lighting.
4. Provide high-speed wireless internet access.
5. Provide your student with transportation to and from school and to and from school related activities such as college testing and extra-curricular events.

In order to ensure your information is submitted properly, please:
